Built for Australian HVAC websites

HVAC tools that turn website visitors into qualified enquiries

Give customers a useful answer before they call. AIECOM Solutions designs configurable HVAC tools that help visitors get a straight answer and share the details your team needs to respond well.

  • Reusable
  • Lead-ready
  • Australian context
  • Built into your website

A useful tool should improve the enquiry, not just add another form.

Visitor gets clarity

They leave with a useful answer instead of another unanswered question.

Your team receives useful context

The enquiry arrives with the details needed to respond well the first time.

The right next step is clear

Call, book an assessment, request a quote or discuss an ongoing plan.

Start with the tools your customers will actually use

The right website tool gives customers a useful next step before they contact you. It can reduce uncertainty, surface the details your team needs and make it easier to route an enquiry to the right service. Each AIECOM Solutions tool is designed as a reusable component, so your website can grow without becoming a collection of disconnected forms.

The tools below are configurable components shown with sample settings. They demonstrate what your website could offer your customers — they are not AIECOM Solutions service coverage or technical advice.

Live Weather Comfort Advice

A possible later enhancement. Live conditions would require an approved data provider, cache and error states, terms review and clear wording that this is not an emergency warning service.

Future — live data required

Better input creates a better first conversation.

What your business receives

Running-cost context in the visitor’s own numbers, captured without a phone call

One component system. Multiple HVAC journeys.

A service-area checker and a running-cost calculator should feel like part of the same website. We use shared fields, result panels, accessibility patterns, lead capture and analytics events so every new tool is faster to launch and easier for visitors to use.

Shared form flow

One accessible multi-step pattern behind every tool, so each new tool feels familiar.

Result panel

Plain-language results with the assumptions shown, never a bare number.

Disclaimer

Context-specific wording that keeps an estimate an estimate.

Lead capture

Offered after the visitor has received value, never before.

CRM handoff

Tool context travels with the enquiry into your existing process.

Analytics

Neutral events through your existing tracking, with no personal data attached.

Configured for the way your HVAC business actually operates

Your service areas, preferred jobs and lead-routing rules are different from the next contractor’s. The tools should reflect those realities. Configure what the visitor sees, what information is captured and where the completed enquiry goes—without rebuilding the interface every time.

Service areas

Your postcodes, ranges and zones — standard, extended or partner-serviced.

Priority services

Feature the work you actually want more of, not a generic service list.

Lead routing

Send each completed tool result to the right inbox, form or workflow.

Your wording, your limits

Result copy, disclaimers and every message a visitor sees stay under your review.

Designed to work with your lead process.

Pass a visitor’s tool result into your existing enquiry form, CRM, job-management workflow or email sequence. No useful information should disappear when the customer clicks “submit”.

Common questions

Can these tools diagnose a fault or quote a job?
No, and that is deliberate. Every tool here either does arithmetic on figures the visitor enters themselves or checks your own service-area configuration. Anything involving a diagnosis, a system size or a price needs a qualified assessment, so we do not build a web form that guesses at it.
Where do the numbers in a result come from?
From the visitor. The running-cost calculator uses the power rating, usage and electricity rate they enter, and shows the formula alongside the result. Nothing is assumed on their behalf — no national average tariff, no typical usage figure.
Can the tools use our service areas and brand voice?
Yes. Service areas, result messages, CTA labels and tone are configuration, not code. The same components run with your values instead of ours.
Can a tool send results into our CRM or enquiry form?
Yes. A completed tool result can be passed into your existing enquiry form or workflow as context, so the useful information does not disappear when someone clicks submit.
Can we start with one tool and add more later?
Yes, and we recommend it. Every tool shares the same form flow, result panel and accessibility patterns, so adding the second is considerably faster than the first.
