Built for Australian pest control websites

Pest control tools that turn website visitors into qualified enquiries

Give customers a useful answer before they call. AIECOM Solutions designs simple, configurable tools that confirm you cover their area and help them get ready for a visit — so the enquiry that reaches your office is already halfway sorted.

  • Reusable
  • Lead-ready
  • Australian context
  • Built into your website

A useful tool should improve the enquiry, not just add another form.

Visitor gets clarity

They leave with a useful answer instead of another unanswered question.

Your team receives useful context

The enquiry arrives with the details needed to respond well the first time.

The right next step is clear

Call, book an assessment, request a quote or discuss an ongoing plan.

Two tools, and a straight answer about why not more

Almost everything valuable in pest control is licensed work. Identifying a pest, assessing termite risk, setting an inspection frequency and choosing a treatment all need a trained technician — and a web form that guesses at any of them can turn a small problem into a large one. What is left is two tools that are genuinely useful and never pretend otherwise: one confirms you cover the visitor’s area, the other gets their property ready for the visit.

The tools below are configurable components shown with sample settings. They demonstrate what your website could offer your customers — they are not AIECOM Solutions service coverage, and nothing here identifies a pest or assesses a property.

Check Your Service Area

The most-used tool on a trade website, and the one that saves your office the most time. Visitors check their postcode against your own zones — including the wider area you will travel to for a contract but not a single call-out.

Get Ready for Your Pest Control Visit

The visitor has already decided to book. A few questions about their property, pets and access produce a printable checklist built from your own preparation instructions — and cut the calls your office fields the day before.

Fewer surprises on the day, and fewer calls the afternoon before

One component system. Every pest control journey.

A service-area check and a preparation checklist should feel like part of the same website. We use shared fields, result panels, accessibility patterns, lead capture and analytics events so every new tool is faster to launch and easier for visitors to use.

Shared form flow

One accessible multi-step pattern behind every tool, so each new tool feels familiar.

Result panel

Plain-language results with the assumptions shown, never a bare number.

Context-specific wording that keeps an estimate an estimate.

Lead capture

Offered after the visitor has received value, never before.

CRM handoff

Tool context travels with the enquiry into your existing process.

Analytics

Neutral events through your existing tracking, with no personal data attached.

Configured for the way your pest control business actually operates

Your service areas, your preparation instructions and your lead-routing rules are different from the next operator’s. The tools should reflect those realities. Configure what the visitor sees, what information is captured and where the completed enquiry goes—without rebuilding the interface every time.

Service areas

Your postcodes, ranges and zones — standard, extended or partner-serviced.

Priority services

Feature the work you actually want more of, not a generic service list.

Lead routing

Send each completed tool result to the right inbox, form or workflow.

Your wording, your limits

Result copy, disclaimers and every message a visitor sees stay under your review.

Designed to work with your lead process.

Pass a visitor’s tool result into your existing enquiry form, CRM, job-management workflow or email sequence. No useful information should disappear when the customer clicks “submit”.

Common questions

Can a tool identify what pest I have?
No. Identification needs a trained technician looking at the evidence. A web form guessing wrong could turn a small problem into a large one — the difference between a common ant and a termite is the difference between a routine treatment and structural repair — so we do not build tools that guess.
Can a tool tell me whether I have termites?
No. Termites cannot be ruled in or out without a physical inspection by a licensed timber pest inspector. If you have found mud tubes, hollow-sounding timber or swarming insects indoors, do not disturb or spray them — that can make both inspection and treatment harder — and contact an inspector.
Why are there only two tools here?
Because these two are genuinely useful and honest. Almost everything else worth calculating in pest control is licensed work — identification, termite risk, inspection frequency, treatment selection. We would rather ship two tools that are certainly useful than four where two quietly guess.
Where does the preparation checklist come from?
From you. Every line is your own preparation policy, filtered to the answers the visitor gave. We assemble and present it; we do not author it. A line you have not supplied simply does not appear.
Can the tools use our own service areas and brand voice?
Yes. Service areas, preparation instructions, result messages, CTA labels and tone are configuration, not code. The same components run with your values instead of ours.
